Marvin White started the Culture Barber College in Hammond, Indiana for those who want to be their own boss. When he graduated high school in 1994, he was unsure if he wanted to go to a traditional college. He had numerous jobs in several trades, but It wasn't until he decided to go to barber school that he felt different. Marvin finished barber school in one year, and five years later opened his own barber shop. Now he wants to guide others to do the same.
